The product came with multiple scratches and a tear in one of the seats. No owners manuel! My original salesperson was very good and then I got switched to Wendy Wang and he has not been helpful at all.

these are great carts, Shanghai dachi has produced a good product. there are no instructions to assemble and my issue was I didn’t find the bolt kit because it was in the last cart that was unpacked( they need to provide a sticker on the outside of wrapping where they hid the bolts or put a kit in each cart. over all great price, great product, easy to import to U.S.
